We are a group of radio controlled helicopter pilots located in the Washington DC area. We are dedicated to promoting the radio control helicopter hobby. If you are tired of crashing your new helicopter every time you try and fly, why don't you join our club or contact us for some help. Our club field is located fifteen minutes from the Washington Beltway.
The Radio control Modelers of Baltimore was founded in 1957 and incorporated in 1961 by a group of people with a common interest in radio control aircraft. The purpose of our organization is to promote friendship among modelers and develop a better understanding of the operation of radio controlled model aircraft; pledging ourselves to always operate our models in a safe manner. We welcome both experienced and novice modelers into the club. You are welcome to stop by at any time to watch us fly, and it is our desire that some day you will be flying with us also.
All the information you need about our club should be on our website, so click away and enjoy pictures of the action at Kirk Field. Stop back often and stay up to date!
